Responsibilities include:

• Continually striving to develop the staff, ensuring they are providing guests with the best customer service.
• Developing strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
• Ensuring the club complies with the health and safety standard.
• Building and promoting teamwork through proactive interaction

To become successful in this role, one must have the following:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service, time management, and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• The ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications to be a Floor Supervisor:

• Previous experience a plus
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s License
• 21+ years of age
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to the Company standards'
